# Launch AR on Android

The Android client uses Chrome WebXR and on-device ARCore, so no separate app is required. Space Studio generates an AR link for the current map and Content.

Use an ARCore-supported Android device, current Chrome, camera permission, and a stable network. Open a Ready map, select **Launch**, choose **Android**, and scan the QR code or open its link in Chrome. The tab is hidden when the current region does not enable Android launch.

ARCore provides smooth local tracking while 01Spatial aligns the map to the AR session. Face a mapped area with fixed visual detail and move slowly during initialization. Verify that Content remains fixed, agrees from multiple approach directions, and recovers after brief occlusion. Do not publish the generated credential-bearing link; use an authorized distribution entry for public experiences.
